The Rogers in Pittsburgh
So we have been here for about a month now and things are looking up! I have to admit that we were off to a little bit of a rough start there in the beginning because its hot and extremely humid and Harrison had a hard time selling the security systems at first and i was left home alone with Brynn all day in a little apartment with no internet or tv. I know its ridiculous that i was absolutely bored to death with out internet or tv but it rains all the time here so you cant exactly play outside or go on walks whenever you want so your stuck inside. Now that I have gotten to meet and know some of the wives here things have become much better. So when its not raining we will get together and go swimming (sit by the pool cuz the water is freezing) or play games and keep each other entertained until our hard working husbands come home. It seems like we have been gone for months because the days go by slow and Brynn is changing everyday. She can roll from her back to side and is almost sitting up. She will sit up for a few seconds but then lose her balance and fall over. My favorite thing is when she laughs! It is the most adorable thing EVER! Anyway here are some pics of us in Pitts.

Brynn is now eight weeks!!
Brynn is growing like a weed! She eats every two hours without fail and thinks she is gunna die if she goes any longer then that. She is such a sweet heart and soooo much fun! Brynn is making all kinds of new faces and is full of smiles. She also found her voice a few weeks ago and so now she never stops cooing its so cute! We are having so much fun with our little angel we only wish she would take a bottle every once in a while. I rarely gave her a bottle in the beginning because she nursed so good but now i wish she would so that i can do errands without having to come home every two hours to feed her. Anyway here are some new pics of Brynn and if anyone has suggestions of getting Brynn to take a bottle i would love to hear them!

Happy Birthday to ME!
Wahoo for birthdays! I turned twenty on the seventh and my wonderful husband surprised me with presents! So that afternoon i went out to run some errands and when i came back a rocking chair was there in the front room! I had no idea that he remembered that i mentioned that i wanted a rocking chair back when we first had brynn and i was sooo excited. i also got a cute front carrier for brynn and we love it! Then that night we went on a date and had dinner and saw a movie. It was a great day! Im so grateful for my wonderful little family and absolutely amazing hubby!

Brynn is almost two weeks old!! The time is absolutely flying by. Brynn is doing so well and she is the sweetest most mellow baby ever! Nursing is going well for us. At first we were a little worried because she would just sleep and sleep and but now she is awake much more so she eats more, WAHOO! We are still working on her sleeping at night and not so much during the day but over all things are just great. We are so thrilled to have our precious baby girl home with us!

BRYNN ALLIECE ROGERS IS HERE!!
Born March 3rd, 7lbs and 20in long
The Delivery- At 8:00 pm Tuesday march 2nd we went to the hospital to be induced! They put me on a high dose gel when i got there. They gave me a second gel at around 12:00am and I went into labor at around 6:00am so i wasnt put on pitocin. Then at 9:00am i was dilated to a 4 and they gave me an epidural that was absolutely AMAZING because my pain was gone! So at this point Harrison and i took a nap until they came in at 11:00am to break my water and holly cow did i have a ton of water! Things progressed really fast from there on. At 12:00pm i started feeling a lot of pressure and i thought i had to go to the bathroom! So we called for the nurse and when she checked me, Brynns head was already crowning and you could see her dark hair. So the nurse called for the doctor because miss Brynn was on her way fast! But unfortunately my doctor was doing another procedure in the hospital at the time and said she would be there in 15 min... but that turned into 30 min... and that turned into an hour! So finally at 1:00pm my doctor arrived but then she decided to take a quick lunch break... so the nurse and i started pushing. I pushed five times and then my doctor came and little Brynn was born at 1:34pm. She was exactly 7 pounds 20in and absolutely perfect! I have to say i have been extremely blessed because my labor and delivery went better then i could have ever imagined! Little Brynn is doing well and sleeps none stop she only lost three ounces and now almost back to her birth weight. I have to wake her up with a wet rag to feed her ha ha so things have started off just about perfect for us!
